Two times she fell and two times she rose, the third was the end, what was would never be again. Corruption of everything, man and machine.
Redemption. Destruction.

It's an interesting feeling, to be excited and anxious at the same time. Pardon me if this entry lacks in grammar, punctuation, or spelling. I'm attempting to update from my cell-phone, as it's damn dead at work.
Which means this whole thing is probably born from too much time to think. Bear with me anyway...
June isn't the busiest time for the jewelry industry by far. In April they let one of our part timers go in an attempt to get rid of the other part-timer (long story) as well. It didn't work and since April, we've been short-handed. So, I've been working 6-day weeks for pretty much the last two months.
For those of you who haven't heard; Zane and I finally set a date. The date that Zane chose back around May was July 12th. A month isn't long to plan a wedding but it's not big, so I figured it'd be okay. Also, once Zane decides something like this it's better to go with it or you might wait another 6 years.
My family has been great. I know food is taken care of, the backyard will look amazing for the ceremony and they're even remodeling the downstairs bathroom.
Yet, this still leaves me with supplying clothing to the wedding party, sending invitations and planning the ceremony. Thank God Zane took initiative on the Honeymoon or we wouldn't have one. Me, being who I am, HAS to make my wedding dress. Normally, sewing for me, isn't a problem. I've made costumes before and I'm fairly well versed on the process. Add to that, however, that my sister is a slightly odd girl, and by that I mean VERY tall and a little on the bigger side. Thus buying a dress for her is next to impossible. So instead, I figure I make hers too. Which then leaves me making

's, as she's my maid of honor and would be nice to have her and my sister matching.
Once again, I'm thankful Zane took intiative and insisted on buying his tux. I was planning on making that too...
So, here I am. June 2nd. The wedding is 6 weeks away... The invitations aren't done (I'm hand making those too), my dress isn't even cut yet and I don't even have measurements for my Maid of Honor or my Bridesmaid...
Add to that that I'm still working 6 days a week. Usually 10-8 or 9-6 and that while I'm sitting on my ass at work, I'm thinking about all the wedding things I COULD be getting done if I wasn't.
I've been told the Maid of Honor usually has a big hand in planning the wedding, and I believe ;devSlinkette: offered. But there's the slight issue of her living 3 hours away in Canada... So while I don't fault her for this, I do feel quite alone in this process.
And NOW we're moving on the 21st. While it's not so imperative for me to be all moved in ASAP, it is for Rob. I'm the only person he really has for help...
It also appears one of my coworkers had a family emergency. I feel terrible for her and don't fault her in anyway for being gone. Just means yet more hours for me...
